The purpose of this role is to undertake pro-active field based or on site surveillance investigations required to prepare detailed reports. This might include writting an investigation summary / report using evidence, witness statements and photographs etc. It is likely that the candidate is given a geographical area to work within.
Excellent interpersonal, report writing, negotiation and decision making skills are essetinal and it is important that the candidate is a self motivated individual who is able to work in isolation from home and under minimal supervision. Good communication skills will be essential due to the interaction with clients and witnesses.
If this role is based within the insurance claim industry then it is likely that the candidate will need to be working towards or ACII Qualified. A clean driving licence is normally a requirement for this post.
£20,000 - £30,000 but can be higher in a competitive market.
